    Secret Wars: The Final Season

    The secret ends here True Believers! After a year of fighting, the Secret Wars come to an end! I can’t say I’m not sad to see it all fall apart, but that tends to happen when comes Galactus!

    HYDRA finally pulls the ultimate move to destroy S.H.I.E.L.D: The coming of Galactus. Now, with the entire Earth at stake, Nick Fury calls in Captain Marvel to save them! However, she must contend with the Sentinel of the Spaceways himself, the Silver Surfer!

    This month’s S.H.I.E.L.D. ally is none other than Captain Marvel herself! Higher, further, faster! And certainly not working for HYDRA, but a means to their ends, is the incredible Silver Surfer!

    With these two cosmic combatants of course comes a War Zone redesign! Check it out!

    And the last motion comic of the year (a shame because I have fun making these!) sets the stage for the 12th and final season of Secret Wars!

    So what are you waiting for True Believers? Now is the most important month to play Secret Wars! Because not only do just fight for S.H.I.E.L.D. and HYDRA, but as the War Zones suggest, this time around you fight for Earth… or Galactus!

    Secret Wars Season 9

    Sorry for the late post, but you all know the drill by now! Secret Wars is coming to an end, and in these last few months, the Secret is Out! Remember last year in December when I posted several teases across social media? You don’t? Well take a look at this Tweet from December 13!

    Look familiar? Like, the poster for Season 9 familiar? Secret Wars is coming to a head, so if ever there was a time to jump in, it’s now! This season, choose to join the Invincible Iron Man and S.H.I.E.L.D., or the combined might of the Ten Rings and HYDRA, run by The Mandarin!

    Once again, the War Zones have been redesigned to reflect the new alliances the factions have both formed!

    And let’s not forget the new awesome trend of tie-in motion comics! Check out the prelude motion comic to Season 9 below! Nick Fury finally recruits the Invincible Iron Man to fight on the front lines of the Secret Wars! But HYDRA makes a move S.H.I.E.L.D. will never see coming… The Mandarin!

    Secret Wars Season 8

    We’ve hit Season 8 True Believers! And this time, there’s two web-spinning wonders joining the Secret Wars: Spider-Man aka Miles Morales, and Venom!

    Recap for Season 7: S.H.I.E.L.D. won once again, with Agent Lightstream being the sole Agent in June and July. That means I will be donating $2 to the NAACP to help support the African American community. Thank you, Agent Lightstream, for your support!

    This month comes with a new design for both S.H.I.E.L.D. and HYDRA War Zones, based around the two featured characters, much like the Black Panther season last month:

    Expect a shocking assist from the bio-charged Miles, and a slimy beat-down from the Symbiote powered Venom!

    And lastly, to set the stage for Season 8, we’ve got the second official Secret Wars Motion comic! It’s a battle for the ages!

    Secret Wars Season 7

    Season 7 of Secret Wars continues on the Black Panther theme from last month! That also means I’ve extended the donation deadline to July 31!

    Remember, for every new Agent that plays in Secret Wars Season 7, I donate $1 to NAACP! Thanks to Agent Lightstream, there’s already one buck coming their way!

    As with last month, the allies are Black Panther and Killmonger, but now we have some background on Black Panther’s involvement in the Secret Wars!

    Introducing the first of many Secret Wars Motion Comics! This one centers around Nick Fury recruiting Black Panther for Secret Wars, and the drastic measures Red Skull takes to gain the upper hand!

    Secret Wars Season 6

    Taking a Stand

    As an African American man myself, the tragic events that led to the death of George Floyd have affected me in a personal manner that I’m sure many others can relate to. It’s not easy being black in this world, but I have to say, in 2018, when Black Panther came out, I saw something amazing.

    A black-led superhero movie that quickly became the highest grossing superhero film at the time. That was a time where being black and being a Marvel fan went hand in hand. That being said, I’ve retooled Season 6 of Secret Wars to focus on Black Panther, and remind us of a time where people of all races united to celebrate this cinematic and cultural phenomenon.

    And to show my support to all people of color, for every Agent, S.H.I.E.L.D. or HYDRA, that participates in Season 6 of Secret Wars, I will donate $1 to the NAACP. Black lives do matter, and now is our chance to prove it! Wakanda Forever!

    Allies

    Allies for Season 6 are as follows. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents will have the support of the Vibranium powered hero, King of Wakanda, the Black Panther! Agents of HYDRA can count on the support of the villainous usurper Killmonger!

    Adjusted Dates

    Please note that due to the retooling of Season 6, the dates have been adjusted. This Season will end on June 30, but begins June 10! So this Season of Secret Wars is only 20 days! Plan accordingly!

    Secret Wars Season 5: Black Widow

    Season 5 of Secret Wars is here! And this time around, the theme is Black Widow! The movie may have been pushed to November 6, but you can get your Black Widow fill here in Secret Wars! We’ve got a couple of new features and announcements!

    Solo Missions

    This season introduces Solo Missions! Based on Marvel’s Black Widow, you can now play one of two Solo Missions depending on your faction:

    S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents can now access Taskmaster’s Siege! Taskmaster has planted bombs on the Helicarrier, and it’s up to you to find and disarm them!

    HYDRA Agents have access to Black Widow’s Revenge! Before his siege on the Helicarrier, you must aid Taskmaster in downloading training footage of Black Widow and memorizing her moves to take her down!

    Completing Solo Missions will help to bolster your team’s Assist in the VS Mode!

    Assists

    In addition to the Solo Missions, two new Hero and Villain Assists have been assigned for the month: Black Widow and Taskmaster! They will be crucial in aiding in the VS Mode, which could turn the tide of the Secret War!

  • Secret Wars Season 4 is Here!

    Secret Wars Season 4 is Here!

    Secret Wars is now in Season 4 (April 1-April 30!)

    This month, look forward to Maria Hill and Crossbones joining the fight! Please, go recruit more Agents so that we can do the first VS Mode! We need more people in order for it to be fun!

    S.H.I.E.L.D. swept Season 3 again by default! While there was a new HYDRA agent, they failed to claim a region!

    Remember, once you chose your Faction, S.H.I.E.L.D. or HYDRA, you must go into the Warzone and comment the city and state in which you live! That’s the only way to claim a region and win the Secret Wars! If you need more info on how to play, CLICK HERE!

    Unfortunately, this means that no one won any of the 3 Hasbro Marvel Legends HYDRA Troopers, but the contest will return in the future!

    How to Play

    1. Log In/Register to your Face Front account. *You cannot play unless you have a Face Front account, and this is how I will get your email to contact you if you win!*

    2. Choose your Faction in Secret Wars (S.H.I.E.L.D. or HYDRA) using one of the three methods.

    3. Head to the Secret Wars Homepage and enter the War Zone of your chosen Faction.

    4. Leave a comment with the city and state you live in (ex. Phoenix, Arizona). This counts a claiming a Region.

    That’s it! That’s all you have to do! Isn’t that easy? For a free HYDRA Trooper, I think it is!

    Q&A

    What happens if I already claimed a Region in Season 1 or 2 of Secret Wars?

    Well the good news is Secret Wars resets every month, so you can claim a Region in Season 3 and still be eligible!

    What if I live outside of the US?

    Unfortunately Hasbro Pulse (where I will be shipping the HYDRA Troopers from) only ships to the US, and Secret Wars is not yet available for non-US players. Deepest apologies.

    What is my window for entering the contest?

    March 1, 2020 – March 30, 2020

    When will I be contacted if I win?

    March 31, 2020!

    How will I get my figure?

    In the winner email, I will request your name and address, and once that information is secured I will ship you your figure from Hasbro Pulse!

    How many HYDRA Troopers am I eligible to win?

  • Secret Wars Season 3 is Here!

    Secret Wars Season 3 is Here!

    Secret Wars is back for Season 3 (March 1 – March 31) and it’s bigger and better than ever! Here’s what you can expect:

    Hero and Villain Assists

    This Season, both S.H.I.E.L.D. and HYDRA will get a little help from some allies! On S.H.I.E.L.D.’s side, there’s the brave, heroic, and unflappable Agent Coulson! On the side of HYDRA, there’s none other than the menacing enforcer, Grim Reaper! They will aid in the first Secret Wars Battle Mode! More details soon.

    Infinity Stone

    For their victory in Season 2, S.H.I.E.L.D. will get to vote on which Infinity Stone they wish to use in Season 3. The Infinity Stone Poll will go up soon for all S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents. Infinity Stones are game changers, and will go a long way in winning the Secret Wars.
